What does my clepsidra warranty cover?
The CLEPSIDRA warranty applies up to 3 months after placing your order with us. The warranty only applies to orders placed directly through the store www.clepsidramx.com . If you purchased through channels other than this one, it will be important to manage your warranty directly with that sales channel.
The warranty does not apply to:
Most Clepsydra pieces are made of stainless steel, a very high-quality and durable material. It's important to know that stainless steel may darken slightly after use, but its color will not fade. Steel doesn't rust, change color, or cause skin allergies.
Stainless steel is a hard and slightly malleable material, which is why many of Clepsidra's pieces feature parts made of materials such as copper or sterling silver, as these are much more malleable and can create more beautiful pieces with better shapes.
We also handle copper, sterling silver, and gold-plated pieces. All of these materials require extra care; they should not be left wet, as they may tarnish or fade.
By taking good care of your piece and knowing the material it is made of, you can maximize its useful life.

If you already know you have a high pH, we recommend choosing stainless steel products, as any other material may not last as long.

What does not apply to the warranty?
The guarantee does not Covers lost items and damage to jewelry that occurs through everyday use and normal wear and tear, such as:
- Scrapes
- Bent rings.
- Dents from use.
- Broken chains or earrings.
- Loose stones.
- Chain closures.
- Decorative enamels.
- Minimal small scratches.

How do I validate my warranty?
If your warranty is valid, we will replace the damaged part. The steps to follow are as follows:
1. Contact our support number +52 1 33 2808 3860 (WhatsApp) or email hola@clepsidramx.com . Please provide the order number, which begins with CLEPXXXX, and send photos of the damaged parts.
1. Once the purchase has been validated by the advisor, the damaged part must be sent to Clepsidra's warehouse, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
3. Upon receiving the damaged piece, our jewelry specialist team will conduct an assessment to determine whether it actually meets our warranty policies. (This assessment takes two business days to complete.)
4. Once we determine that the warranty actually meets our policies, we will issue a coupon for the value of the damaged part. (The coupon will be valid for one year and can be used with any purchase.)

Delivery time may increase depending on demand or if you are located in a larger area.

Our shipping cost is $120 MXN and we have free shipping on orders over $899 MXN.

Size changes?
Of course, accidents happen. We can help you exchange your size correctly, as long as the product is the same, the original product is returned in its original packaging, and it is unused.
The Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by the customer. Please note that two shipments will be required to complete the exchange.
The change must be notified within the first 72 hours of receiving the order.

How can I take care of my accessories?
For the long life of your jewelry we recommend following these care instructions:
Stainless steel:
To maintain the shine of your jewelry, clean it periodically with neutral soap, rinse it well, and dry it with a clean cloth.
To prevent your jewelry from getting scratched, don't keep more than one piece in the same place. Try storing them in different bags.
Sterling Silver, Gold Plated and Copper.
To extend the life of your gold-plated, sterling silver, and copper jewelry, avoid exposing it directly to chemicals such as chlorine, creams, or perfume.
Remove your accessories when exercising or bathing.
Can I get my jewelry wet?
If your jewelry is waterproof, yes, as long as you don't expose it to direct chemicals like alcohol, chlorine, or perfume.
Partial exposure to these chemicals may not harm your jewelry, but avoiding them will help extend its life.
If your jewelry is made of sterling silver or 14K gold plated, we recommend avoiding all types of liquids for the long-lasting life of your accessories, as they can tarnish.
If you know that your PH has already damaged pieces of this type, it is better to buy stainless steel.
